Through disciplined assessment and evidence-informed analysis, the framework is intended to identify workforce pressures, operational vulnerabilities and opportunities for continuous improvement within clearly governed ethical and professional standards.
Scope
The Workforce Stability & Performance Audit is intended to evaluate organisational factors that influence workforce stability and performance. These may include organisational culture, leadership effectiveness, employee wellbeing, communication, operational processes, governance, capability development, workforce engagement and other indicators relevant to long-term organisational resilience. The precise scope of each engagement will be determined through Aqivra®’s governance framework and the specific requirements of the participating organisation.
